Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Design Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles in Hobart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice in a high-end retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Face-to-face sales and generating sales to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Providing expert service by being involved in selection consultations and previews, processing sales efficiently and accurately
  • Conducting efficient follow-ups with customers, cultivating business relationships, and developing and enhancing customer relationships
  • Daily administration tasks and maintaining the overall look of the store

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience with strong retail, sales, and service skills
  • Industry-related experience (flooring, plumbing, building, or similar) will be highly regarded
  • Experience in developing and growing sales and achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Superior communication skills at all levels with the ability to engage others
  • A competitive nature and desire to win
  • Solid skills in Math's and be Tech savvy
