About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Design Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles in Hobart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to our clients, ensuring they find the perfect tiles and bathroom solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on tile and bathroom products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the showroom manager to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to customers
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of tile and bathroom products and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
