Hotel Operations Manager

The successful Hotel Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in championing our one team approach and delivering an outstanding hotel experience to our guests. This multifaceted position involves hands-on management of the Front Office and supporting teams in other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest experiences, team performance, and hotel operations effectively
  • Prioritize workload and ensure the team delivers authentic and memorable experiences for our guests
  • Develop the team's skills to drive results that positively impact hotel performance
  • Hold authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries, or concerns
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' hotel front desk or guest service experience
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a team
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, reasoning, and motivational skills
  • Working knowledge of hotel property management systems
