About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Signalling Project Engineers to join our Rail Operations team in Sydney and Perth. As a Signalling Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our rail projects, working closely with our technical experts to ensure the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate on-site railway signalling construction and installation activities to achieve project objectives
  • Manage the signalling design contractor and the design process
  • Ensure the interface between design, procurement, site works, and testing & commissioning meets project requirements
  • Review signalling design drawings, reports, and data to ensure correctness and alignment with stakeholders
  • Ensure rail safety assurance processes are followed
  • Provide technical support to Laing O'Rourke rail projects as required
About You
  • You will have a relevant engineering degree
  • Significant experience in the Engineering/Construction field
  • Knowledge of Railway Engineering standards & specifications
  • Knowledge of modern signalling technology
  • Knowledge of Signalling Principles
