Role Overview:

A highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist is required to protect our digital platforms and educate staff on cyber safety best practices. This key role will help shape our strategic direction by mitigating cyber risks and aligning cybersecurity initiatives with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security awareness program, including engaging campaigns and training modules to address emerging threats and increase vigilance among users.
  • Design and create interactive awareness materials such as presentations, e-learning content, newsletters and infographics to promote secure practices.
  • Collaborate across business units to identify, assess and understand cybersecurity risks in the context of people and technology.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal cybersecurity policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Tertiary qualifications or recognised industry certification in technology, risk management or education.
  • Significant experience with cyber security concepts and processes in practice.
  • Industry certifications such as CRISC, CISSP or MCP are desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cyber standards such as NIST 800 series, ISO 27000 series or equivalent.
