Experience Product Design Lead

We are seeking a skilled Experience Product Design Lead to define the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design solutions that enhance the guest booking experience across our products
  • Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces
  • Conduct research to inform design decisions and ensure high-quality execution
  • Partner with Product Managers to shape product vision and roadmap
  • Manage multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of design patterns and creative approach to solving problems through user interfaces
  • Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions showcasing beautiful, user-centered web and mobile product design
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
  • Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines
