**Caretaker Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled caretaker to join our team. With 15 years of experience in the caretaking industry, we offer a unique opportunity for individuals to work independently and develop their skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and attention to detail, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and clean. A full Australian driver's license is required, and gardening and cleaning knowledge is an advantage.

As a caretaker with our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of properties, including residential and commercial sites. You will be provided with a fully equipped service van to travel to different locations across Melbourne, allowing you to maintain a flexible work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain high standards of care and attention to detail

- Ensure all properties are well-maintained and clean

- Conduct regular inspections and report any issues

- Operate equipment safely and efficiently

- Work independently and as part of a team
