Position Overview

Our luxury apartment complex in East Melbourne is seeking an experienced part-time caretaker/concierge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a 5-star service to residents, including signing-in and out of visitors
- Assist tradespeople and respond to various building-related issues
- Maintain a high level of security and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

- Positive and welcoming personality with high standard of personal presentation,
- Patient and effective communicator,
- Availability to work between 5-9pm on Saturday or 5-8pm on Sunday, with some flexibility during weekdays,
- Strong time management skills,
- General cleaning and one year hospitality experience related to your role.
