Job Opportunity: Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of clinicians in delivering evidence-based therapy models to support young people (11–17) with offending behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular supervision to ensure adherence to the Multisystemic Therapy model and clinician competency
  • Manage a caseload of 1–2 families, delivering evidence-based interventions
  • Oversee program planning, administration, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance program impact
  • Support clinician development through training, skill assessments, and tailored strategies
Requirements:
  • Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, with professional registration or eligibility
  • Extensive clinical expertise in treating youth offending behaviours using systemic interventions, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and pragmatic family therapies
  • Proven leadership experience in supervising multidisciplinary teams, including hiring and performance management
