Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Clinical Supervisor Role

This permanent full-time position is available to lead a team of clinicians in delivering evidence-based MST model therapy to support young people with offending behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly group and individual supervision to ensure adherence to the MST model and clinician competency.
  • Manage a caseload of 1-2 families, delivering tailored systemic interventions.
  • Oversee program planning, administration, and budgeting, driving continuous quality improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance program impact.
  • Support clinician development through training, skill assessments, and tailored strategies.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of clinical outcomes and adherence data via a dedicated website.
  • Promote MST to stakeholders and manage referrals and caseloads for program efficiency.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, policy development, and team recruitment.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, with registration or eligibility with a professional body.
  • Extensive clinical expertise in treating youth offending behaviors using pragmatic family therapies, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and systemic interventions.
  • Proven leadership in supervising multidisciplinary teams, including hiring and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of MST principles, behavioral therapies, and social learning theory.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills, with a commitment to cultural responsiveness and organizational values.
