Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Modeling Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and validate financial models to ensure accuracy and alignment with project performance.
  • Update financial models with actual operating results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various teams and external partners to gather information and feed into valuation processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of asset and fund valuation reporting to valuation committees.
  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis at an asset level to assess impact on asset returns.
  • Liaise with model auditors to address audit queries and make relevant changes to models.
  • Drive automation in asset management reporting and processes, such as KPI dashboards.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of work experience in finance or related field.
  • Educated to degree level with strong academic record and formal financial qualification (e.g., CA, CFA, ACA, ACCA).
  • Strong MS Excel abilities, preferably with PowerQuery and VBA experience.
  • Formal training in modeling best practices.
  • Comfortable performing data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills to drive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
