**Financial Modelling Expert**

We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our Pacific Capital Advisory team based in Sydney. You will support the team in preparing high-quality financial models, creating engaging content for marketing materials, and providing market intelligence through strategic relationships.

The successful candidate will have experience in implementing key processes, defining portfolio management priorities, and developing comprehensive management models. They will also be able to partner with owners/managers of databases containing supply and demand information, develop strategic consulting efforts, and support the achievement of financial and operational measures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and maintaining key processes to be followed by the function and defining portfolio management priorities for site, area, and function.
  • Planning and other strategic activities for specific engagements and clients as required.
  • Partnering with owners/managers of databases containing supply (lease administration and portfolio reports), demand (occupancy) and cost (operating expense) information.
  • Developing comprehensive management models to support strategic consulting efforts and assignments.
  • SUPPORTING THE MANAGEMENT AND ACHIEVEMENT OF FINANCIAL, OPERATIONAL AND OTHER MEASURES ESTABLISHED FOR THE CLIENT OR SPECIFIC ENGAGEMENTS AS REPORTED IN DEFINED DELIVERABLES AND KPI'S ESTABLISHED FOR LINE OF BUSINESS CLIENTS.

You will work closely with line of business team members and the client to develop real estate plans and implement strategies for achieving savings and cost avoidance goals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and/or a tertiary qualification in Property or Finance. Strong Excel and modelling skills, analytical, methodical, and organised mindset, great communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
