We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to support our Service Advisor in providing exceptional service to our valued European vehicle clientele.

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone manner and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and can-do attitude with a strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Scheduling and confirming service bookings.
  • Warmly greeting and assisting customers upon arrival.
  • Maintain accurate records, utilising computer systems effectively and supporting office efficiency.
  • Prioritising daily tasks to ensure timely vehicle turnaround for our customers.
