Vehicle Servicing Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality vehicle servicing and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in a timely, professional manner.

  • Diagnose and repair technical issues on vehicles efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks on various vehicle types.
  • Identify additional repairs or work required beyond initial diagnosis and report them to management.
  • Ensure all repairs and servicing adhere to Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality and safety checks, including road testing vehicles before completion.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties such as parts collection, customer drop-offs and pick-ups, and maintaining workshop cleanliness.

About You:

  • Prior experience as a qualified automotive technician is essential.
  • Hold a current driver's licence and have a passion for the automotive industry.
  • Be reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively in a busy service centre.
  • Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
