Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Valet to play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service from start to finish.

As a Vallet, you will be responsible for locating and moving vehicles around the building as required, assisting customers as a first point of contact for all queries, booking relevant transportation for customers as required, and escalating complaints promptly to ensure swift resolution.

You will also liaise with service advisors to support in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locating and moving vehicles around the building as required
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving their concerns efficiently
  • Booking transportation services for customers as needed
  • Escalating customer complaints to ensure prompt resolution
  • Coordinating with service advisors to maintain optimal operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High-level organizational skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
  • Valid QLD driver's license
  • Luxury hotel experience is highly desirable
