Disability and Aged Care Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced support workers to provide high-quality care and support services to individuals with disabilities and older Australians.

This role requires a genuine passion for caring, reliability, and a professional attitude. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, including Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing, Disability or Home and Community, and hold current First Aid & CPR certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and mobility assistance to clients
  • Offering domestic assistance, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Promoting social support and community access for individuals with disabilities
  • Supporting clients with physical or cognitive disabilities to achieve their goals
  • Working with TAC clients to achieve recovery and independence goals
  • Assisting older Australians to remain independent at home

Candidate Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications
  • Experience working with TAC clients or people with complex support needs is an advantage
