About the Opportunity Plena Healthcare is seeking passionate and qualified Physiotherapists to join our growing team in Residential Aged Care.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative service model that puts resident wellbeing and therapist support at the heart of care.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver personalised treatments through the award-winning Plena Care Pathway – recipient of the 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence.
This evidence-based approach supports client goals through one-on-one therapy, group programs, care plan reviews, and mobility interventions.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and skin integrity care.
Deliver both individual and group-based therapy sessions.
Work collaboratively with facility staff and within your professional scope.
Contribute to ongoing innovation and high-quality clinical outcomes.
