Proactively maintain properties, conduct inspections, and coordinate with contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.Leverage your experience in commercial property management to drive business growth, enhance reputation, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Drive Financial Performance: Manage budgets, outgoings, and financial reporting to deliver exceptional results to landlords.
  • Maintain Properties: Conduct regular inspections, proactively address maintenance needs, and coordinate with contractors for efficient service delivery.
  • Strengthen Relationships: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders through responsive communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in commercial property management
  • Demonstrated ability managing industrial portfolios
  • Strong commercial acumen, proven financial management skills, and excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of relevant legislation, lease structures, and compliance requirements, as well as excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
