OT Cybersecurity Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity team, protecting generation sites and critical infrastructure from evolving cyber threats.

About the Role

This key leadership position drives the uplift of cybersecurity maturity across diverse operational environments. The successful candidate will develop innovative solutions to support the transition to renewables and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Lead a national team of OT cybersecurity engineers
  • Partner with site, engineering, and control system teams to deliver strategic security initiatives
  • Incident response, proactive threat management, vulnerability and risk management
  • Embed best-practice security into everyday operations
About You

We are looking for a leader with deep OT/ICS cybersecurity expertise and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate combines strong technical capability with business acumen, enabling them to influence outcomes and embed security culture across the business.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading OT/ICS cybersecurity functions in critical infrastructure or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of relevant frameworks and standards (AESCSF, SOCI Act, IEC 27001, IEC 62443)
  • Ability to design and implement governance, compliance, and uplift programs
  • Experience leading incident response and threat detection activities
  • Collaborative leadership style that develops people, builds trust, and drives results
