Job Title: Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee the daily activities of our field service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently, effectively, and with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The Operations Team Lead will be accountable for managing the scheduling and dispatching of technicians, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in training and developing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling - Coordinate and schedule contractors and staff attendance on site in an efficient and effective manner, in compliance with contract KPIs and customer requirements.
  • Service Delivery Standards - Ensure that all work of contractors and employees is conducted safely, timely, efficiently, and professionally.
  • Contractual Compliance - Have in-depth knowledge of the site contract and ensure that all requirements are being met.
  • Contract Margin Expansion/Growth - Seek opportunities to expand and grow the contract or improve margin by achieving additional operational efficiency and action where possible.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in building systems including troubleshooting, fault finding, and problem diagnosis.
  • Sub-contractor management.
  • Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information.
  • Financial reporting for maintenance.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within field service operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of service delivery processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of security systems and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
