Stair Builder Apprentice

About our company: We're a fourth-generation family business that's been making stairs for Australian homes since 1920. Today, we're a national supplier to Australia's biggest home builders with operations in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales & South Australia. We've worked with the country's leading architects for generations and have written the book on making quality stairs at scale for a majority of Australia's Top 30 builders.

We're currently on the hunt for an apprentice (Certificate III in Carpentry) to join our next generation of skilled stair builders and installers. You'll develop the knowledge needed to contribute to the manufacture of staircases and components, including the manufacture, assembly and installation of our specialised products, or the setup, operation and maintenance of a wide range of wood machines, such as computer numerically controlled sizing (CNC) and processing centres (Timber & Composites).

  • A keen interest in working with timber is essential.
  • You'll also need a driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • A Construction Induction Card is preferred but not required.
