Procurement Systems Transformation Lead

Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a seasoned transformation leader to spearhead key aspects of the project, including process improvement, digital transformation, system implementation and delivery, risk and change management (people, processes, and platforms), as well as communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead procurement system implementation, balancing time, cost, and quality.
  • Facilitate solution workshops to design, standardise, and optimise procurement processes.
  • Oversee migration of data and processes to fit-for-purpose systems.
  • Lead change management using relevant methodologies to embed new systems.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and briefings to support project delivery.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate internal resources to support vendors and implementation partners.

Prerequisites/Desirables:

  • Proven experience in project management, including agile methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to communicate with influence and lead solution design discussions.
  • Experience translating manual processes to electronic platforms.
  • Risk management and issue resolution experience in system implementation projects.
  • Agile project management certification or equivalent project management qualifications highly regarded.
