Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Support Coordinator to join our team. The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional support to our Intensive Therapeutic Care Team in Newcastle, NSW.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Preparing documents for meetings and writing up minutes accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with planning activities, events, and marketing initiatives to promote the team's work.
  • Lodging records and retrieving archived files in a timely manner.
  • Collecting and collating data into comprehensive reports for analysis and decision-making purposes.
  • Navigating and updating systems such as Carelink+, Carers Register, Child Story, and SharePoint to ensure seamless data management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:
