Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and organized professional to join our team as a People Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee queries, administering employee changes, and supporting the recruitment process.

The position reports to our Head of People Experience but will take daily instruction from our Advisors. We are a close-knit team that enjoys working closely with stakeholders, providing high-level customer service, and supporting each other.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of various systems including HR Onboard, CultureAMP, and EdApp.
  • Processing HR transactions throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Supporting Advisors to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Maintaining sensitive employee records.
  • Participating in company initiatives and project teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous coordinator or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to liaise effectively with diverse business partners.
  • Comfortable learning new systems quickly and problem-solving effectively.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and enthusiastic.
