Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at dnata Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our airline clients and internal teams.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery of services and adjusting to any changes in schedules or delays.
- Oversee the movement of flight catering and equipment, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing disruptions.
- Participate in regular audits and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide expert advice to clients on customer service, logistics, and customs information.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Establish and maintain communication service standards, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Proactively address performance issues, providing support and training to prevent future occurrences.
- Contribute to effective cost management through education and training on flight make-up, aircraft loading, and inventory management.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Food Safety and HACCP qualifications are desirable.
- Availability to work a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
- Sound knowledge of the airline catering industry and its operations.
- Competent in documentation and records management.
- Ability to obtain an ASIC pass and airside driver's license.
