**Job Overview**

The Global Contract Manager will be based in Australia, responsible for coordinating and managing daily operational follow-ups with Airlines, Tourism Boards, Non-Airline Partners, Consolidators, and other partnerships.

- Building strong relationships with Airlines and partners to negotiate the best contracts and content. Create value for partners and establish recognition.
- Develop a global relationship strategy with different carriers, suppliers, and consolidators. Establish incentives by making monthly forecasts and business plans to increase sales.

- Collaborate closely with Pricing, Operations, Global Marketing, and Airline and Supplier partners to build relationships and implement daily operations requirements.

- Monitor sales performance to achieve results and targets as contracted with Airlines by coordinating with the Pricing team.

- Guide regional Marketers & Pricing on best practices, defining a strategy for each including prioritizing partnerships, activities, and KPIs.

- Provide local support by attending events and meetings to sign up new partners or build existing ones.

- Ensure all commission contracts/Special deals are displayed and priced competitively.

- Work directly with airline partners, Consolidators, and group companies to maintain relationships and strive for better contracts and rates.

- Present data-driven priorities and targets, track results at the end of every contract.

- Understand Airline business and commission earning across the world and aware of competition practices in the region.

- Seek opportunities to get new Airline and Consolidator contracts.

- Guide regional teams on best practices and define strategies per region in collaboration with local experts.

- Create visibility on Partnership performance and ensure dashboards and reports showcase the partnership's performance.

- Support local efforts to sign up new Partners and execute when needed.

- Maintain open communication and develop good working relationships with counterparts in Air, Pricing, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance.

- Represent Travix when interacting with external parties or attending events.

**What You Need to Succeed**

- University Degree in Economics, Tourism, Business Administration, or another relevant field.

- At least 5 years of experience in the airline industry or OTA's.

- Strong leadership, influencing, networking, and communication skills.

- Growth mindset, performance driven, accountable, and ownership.

- Proactive and collaborative.

- Experience in a similar role in the airline and/or travel industry is a plus.
