Job Title: Regional Communications StrategistWe are seeking a professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and creative approach to communications. This role requires regional understanding, knowledge of emerging communications platforms, and the ability to increase public awareness and understanding of Rotary through public relations and marketing strategies.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field, and 5-7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, PR or other related fields.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Communications Committee to develop and implement communication strategies that align with Rotary's goals.
  • Manage and optimize communication channels (websites, social media, email marketing, internal communications tools).
  • Create engaging content (articles, press releases, social media posts, presentations, and other materials) that showcases Rotary's work.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including members, Rotary District leaders, and employees of Rotary International.
Skill Requirements:
  • Experience with various communication channels, including website management, social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
  • Analytical skills, with experience tracking and analyzing communication performance data.
  • Knowledge of global and regional communications, with a strong understanding of multi-cultural differences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
