Facilities Maintenance Assistant

The Facilities Maintenance Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment in designated areas. This includes tasks such as scrubbing, dusting, mopping, and glass cleaning.
Additionally, you will be required to remove rubbish from internal bins, perform toilet cleaning, and undertake ad hoc general maintenance tasks as needed.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of designated areas
- Remove rubbish from internal bins
- Perform toilet cleaning
- Undertake ad hoc general maintenance tasks as needed
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Self-management skills
- Previous cleaning/maintenance experience is preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills
- A current Police Check
- A valid Working with Children check (if working within schools)
- A COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required
- Working rights in Australia
- Flexibility with working hours
