Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our team in Perth. This is a senior role with direct exposure to senior management, offering a mix of client responsibility, team oversight, and advisory work.

About the Role

  • Directly report to the Associate Directors and Managing Director
  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
  • Manage statutory compliance, including BAS, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax, and others
  • Assist with tax planning, entity setups, and business structuring
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Allocate, review, and manage the workflow of 2–3 junior accountants
  • Mentor team members and ensure timely, accurate outcomes

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in tax and/or business advisory
  • Confident communicator and trusted client liaison
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or review role (desirable)
  • SMSF knowledge (desirable)
