**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cloud Security Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cloud technologies and provide top-notch support to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and deal with multiple clients at once. You will be responsible for providing over-the-phone and on-site support to our customers, resolving technical issues across various technologies, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange server.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess outstanding customer service skills, be able to analyze and resolve root causes of problems, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide over-the-phone and on-site support to our customers
  • Resolve technical issues across various technologies
  • Work with multiple clients at once
  • Analyze and resolve root causes of problems

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in IT, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and deal with multiple clients at once
  • Strong background in cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Azure
