Front Desk Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Administrator to join our team at 1300SMILES Buderim. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Greeting patients and handling administrative tasks
- Supporting our dental team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory. We are willing to provide training to the right candidate. Proficiency in using basic computer software such as MS Office is also essential.
