Key Responsibilities:

  • Appraisal and design of external and internal areas (equipment/technical) for wholesale and retail services, including Ethernet Evolution, ISDN, WIP, MLL-E, E-line, SDH, Ciena Packet, DWDM, and EoSDH.
  • Produce designs within Last Final Dates (LFDs) to meet customer requirements and support weekly targets.
  • Ensure improved performance and quality service delivery while working effectively with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Provide timely responses to customer and constructor queries related to design and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the database.
  • Organize required materials and supplies in the design pack for construction projects.
