Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal & sub-contract resources efficiently, ensuring balanced outcomes.
  • Prepare project scopes that satisfy company requirements and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project management systems.
  • Carry out network condition audits on existing fibre optic infrastructure.
  • Manage auditing of fibre optic network splice joints and termination panels.
  • Implement a safe working culture at all levels, adhering to health & safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Project Management professional qualification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of overhead and underground fibre design and construction (preferred)
  • Knowledge of fibre optic communications network concepts (preferred)
  • Knowledge of logical fault finding techniques in a communications network (preferred)
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering results and managing others effectively.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, with effective communication and relationship-building skills.
