About the Role

You will be responsible for serving customers, sorting and displaying stock, handling cash, and following health and safety procedures. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our existing team of friendly paid staff and volunteers, helping to create a positive and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Sorting and displaying stock, including maintaining a clean and tidy shop environment
  • Handling cash and operating the till
