This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail team as an Assistant Retail Team Lead in Exmouth. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organised and able to manage time effectively. You will have experience of working in a customer-facing role and be able to work as part of a team.

In this role you will be responsible for serving customers, sorting and displaying stock, handling cash and following health and safety procedures. You will also assist the shop manager in planning and prioritising tasks, managing volunteers and creating a positive working culture.

We offer a competitive salary from £9.50 per hour, plus benefits including 28 days holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays), enhanced sick pay scheme, personal pension scheme and family friendly policies.
