Senior Business Advisory and Tax Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Advisory and Tax Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, providing direction and training to junior members, and acting as a mentor/coach.

  • Client Portfolio Ownership: Responsible for client relationships, compliance, and advisory engagements covering tax and business-related issues.
  • Team Leadership: Provides direction and training to junior team members, including conducting regular team meetings.
  • KPI Tracking: Tracks and monitors various individual and team KPIs, such as financial targets and ATO lodgements.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for the accounting industry.
  • Proven track record of staff management and development experience, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
