About the Role

The Retail Sales Coordinator will play a key role in assisting the Store Management team in achieving storewide objectives, ensuring a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store is upheld, with a specific focus on the Communications department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for the store through providing ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the store's Communication Team, putting the customer at the centre of everything.
  • Lead and maintain the agreed communications department merchandising standards.
  • Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Telco.
  • Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of electronic POS systems, and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, and have the ability to work under pressure.
