We're on the lookout for an exceptional Casual Retail Assistant to join our Retail Prodigy Group family at the Nike Store in Westfield Carindale. Your primary focus will be delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience, making every shopping encounter at Nike Carindale extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Nike products and trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Store Environment: Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, reflecting our brand's high standards.
  • Sales Processing: Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Attributes:
  • Brand Alignment: We're looking for individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm for Nike and align to the company's values.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions.
  • Availability: Minimum of 2 full days per week (must include 1 day over the weekend and 1 weekday).
