Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide outstanding customer service, embodying our commitment to a delightful customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Samsung products and the latest technology trends to guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep our store visually appealing and organized to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Transaction Handling: Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our customers.
  • After-Sales Support: Manage after-sales service appointments with precision and care, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Attributes:

  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to create positive, memorable interactions with customers.
  • Availability: Ideally available 3-4 full days per week, including at least one weekend day.
