We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Reddy Express in Lithgow. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring our store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment by adhering to company standards and protocols
- Manage cash handling and operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance
- Be willing to learn and promote our products and services
About You:
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can multitask with ease
- You are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- You possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow with our company
Requirements:
- Australian working rights and a valid police clearance certificate
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy loads and stand for long periods
