Seasonal Retail Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our retail team as a Seasonal Retail Team Member. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, provide outstanding product knowledge, and maintain high standards of store presentation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service to each person who enters the store.
  • Manage stock movement, optimize sales, file and tidy the shop floor, and set up stores for promotions and sales.
  • Work with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and research and describe product features and benefits.
  • Recommend and select products based on customer needs or desires.
  • Support the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-service role is desirable.
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to provide service for multiple customers.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and a personable approach with customers.
