Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Project Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by shaping our reputation and social licence to operate.

You will lead a close-knit team of specialists, guiding them in delivering authentic and transparent engagement that builds trust with our stakeholders.

This is a chance to lead with purpose, make a difference in people's lives, and contribute to Queensland's energy transformation in a role that's as rewarding as it is important.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and lead a team delivering engagement across a range of energy projects
  • Oversight of strategic project engagement planning and implementation to help inform project progression
  • Create space for meaningful conversations with communities and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to influence decisions and manage reputational risks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-level qualification in Public Relations or a related discipline
  • Significant experience working in an engagement and communications based role
