As Team Leader Project Engagement, you will lead a close-knit team of specialists, guiding them to deliver authentic and transparent engagement that makes a real impact. You will inspire and motivate your team to create meaningful conversations with communities and stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing reputational risks.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex projects, experience in managing teams, and strong communication skills. A degree-level qualification in Public Relations or a related field is essential, along with significant experience working in an engagement and communications role.
