The Content Marketing Manager leads our organic content strategy, driving brand awareness and engagement through storytelling and data-driven decision-making.
This role oversees our organic social media presence, manages a content team, and ensures all organic content aligns with our brand, values, and strategic objectives.
You will report directly to the Marketing Director, blending creativity with strategy to produce compelling content that strengthens our market position and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute content strategies to build brand positioning, generate leads, and support engagement and retention.
- Oversee planning and delivery of organic social content to drive engagement and reach.
- Build and manage a content calendar that aligns with campaigns, seasonal opportunities, and brand storytelling.
- Mentor and guide a content team, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth.
- E nsure all content reflects our brand voice, values, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated content campaigns.
- Analyse and report on content and social performance, applying insights to improve outcomes.
- Establish guidelines to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality.
