Data in marketing and advertising is rapidly evolving, as is the technology used to leverage it. As clients prepare for a data-led, performance-driven world, they need help designing and implementing analytical solutions to ensure effective media investment and optimization.
We are now inviting applications for the role of Media Effectiveness Manager. You will join a specialized team partnering with a global client, working hands-on with data, digital, and measurement tools. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the iPro data & analytics offering, delivering value to an exciting new client and across the group.
The role:- Work with your key client's data and support the media team by delivering insights and recommendations.
- Translate client challenges into clear digital maturity models, roadmaps, and strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide thought leadership, insights, and best practice recommendations for analytics and performance optimization.
- Drive Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives using the client's global tool, finding optimal utilization strategies.
- Partner with the client's Measurement team to develop appropriate data and analytics frameworks to ensure success.
- Consult on best practices for data collection, ingestion, visualization, reporting, and measurement for media optimization.
- Strong understanding of media planning, buying, Performance Media, and analytics.
- Experience with data & analytics technology and platforms.
- Experience applying analytics to paid media, including the Google marketing stack, third-party measurement, ad servers, bid management solutions, and audience segmentation.
- Proven ability to build executive-level insights packs and dashboards that inform business and budgeting decisions.
- Broad knowledge of technology, from applications to infrastructure.
- Experience creating industry and category insights to support strategy development.

The salary range for this role is $104,000 - $108,000, inclusive of superannuation, depending on experience and skills.
