Electrical Site Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of powerline and substation infrastructure in regional and remote locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities on transmission, distribution, and substation projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily site activities on transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
  • Lead electrical crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery of works.
  • Oversee installation of high-voltage equipment, including conductors, transformers, switchgear, and associated infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, environmental obligations, and project quality systems.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, and client representatives.
  • Accurately record site progress and resolve issues.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience supervising electrical works on powerlines and/or substations.
  • Strong understanding of HV construction, sequencing, and commissioning processes.
  • Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in remote project locations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • WA "A Grade" Electrical Licence (or recognised equivalent).
  • HV switching and additional industry authorisations are advantageous.
