Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering exceptional results. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial engagements, managing project milestones, and implementing disciplined engineering processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain platform-oriented software stacks, optimize Ubuntu for the latest hardware platforms, and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic track record, fluency in C, C++, and Python, experience with Linux and operational systems software, and expertise in leading software engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Academic Excellence: Exceptional academic achievements from high school and university.
  • Computer Science Background: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, or an alternative path with relevant skills.
  • Programming Languages: Fluency in C, C++, and Python.
  • Operational Systems: Experience with Linux and operational systems software.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading software engineering teams.
  • Communication: Professional written and spoken English.
