About the Role

As a key leader in our Development Team, you will oversee a talented team and play a pivotal leadership role. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to devise effective strategies and partner with other teams to ensure successful project delivery.

With your extensive experience, you will execute strategies from site acquisition and funding to product concept and feasibility analysis. You will contribute to marketing initiatives and project revenue generation while guiding construction delivery and settlement processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of some incredible developments and drive project success. As a mentor and coach, you will inspire your team to excel and foster their professional growth.

Requirements
  • A degree in Property Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
  • You should be solutions-focused and capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to work within development strategies, challenging concepts to achieve team objectives.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies aligned with project concepts.
  • Strong passion for property development, with a keen interest in market intelligence and successful sales strategies.
  • Proactive in identifying, negotiating, and resolving potential project issues.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role with a strong track record.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident yet humble demeanor.
