Join to apply for the Senior Web Developer role at Mulpha InternationalJoin to apply for the Senior Web Developer role at Mulpha InternationalGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Mulpha InternationalStrategic Resourcing| Executive Leadership Team and Corporate Services | Team Management | Coaching | Talent Management | Succession Planning |...THE ROLEMulpha Australia is one of the country's most strategic real estate debt and equity investors and leisure, residential and commercial property development and retail and office sectors.We have an amazing portfolio of world class destinations, businesses, luxury properties and products.Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the Senior Web Developer role will be instrumental in building and maintaining functional, user-friendly websites and web applications (Mobile first and device responsiveness) for a variety of businesses across multiple portfoliosKey responsibilities will includeWorking on variety of websites, predominantly on WordPress using various WordPress themes, plugins and builders - Writing code where required, developing and testing new website modules / applications, ensuring websites are fully functional, responsive and secure, updating content, assets, adding new pages/posts/events, monitoring site performance and traffic.Working on variety of Hubspot elements – Able to create Landing pages using custom theme/templates, Hubspot forms, Hubspot email notification templates, Hubspot Surveys and Automations.Working with the marketing team and junior web developer to strategically design and building new, responsive websites of various scales tailored to business' needs that will drive growth and improve visibility.Change, innovate, optimise and improve existing websites in WordPress, other CMS or using HTML/CSS/JS on an ongoing basis.Implement and optimise new and existing eCommerce solutions.Ensure all websites are maintained appropriately, including periodic backups, CMS, theme and plugin updates, security and uptime monitoring, and maintaining software licenses.Taking ownership of and optimising existing cPanel system, hosting and DNS set ups for all websites.YOUR BACKGROUND5 years' experience in web development or a similar roleDegree or Certificate in Web Development, Computer Science or equivalentMastery of CMS platforms (WordPress essential), other SaaS based platforms would be bonus.Device responsiveness and mobile first sites is a must.Proven ability to develop websites based on a provided design as well as the ability to create your own website designs and concepts.Good experience in Hubspot CRM (Landing pages, custom themes & templates for landing pages, HS forms, workflows automation, surveys and customising othessr elements/entities as requirement)MULPHA BENEFITSAt Mulpha, you can enjoy a range of benefits includingHotel and Dining DiscountsBirthday Leave Lifestyle Platform with 400+ retailer discountsSalary Sacrificing/Financial Education and benefits.Wellbeing Hub/Healthcare Discounts/Employee Assistance ProgramFree Car Parking/Car Parking Discounts at some of our Offices/VenuesAPPLICATIONSApply online today.
