About the Role

The role of Quality Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring that all project operations and compliance are met.

This involves working closely with Project Teams and reporting to the Quality Director. You will be accountable for developing and leading the QA/QC team, providing subject guidance on all project QA/QC matters, and developing, enforcing and maintaining project Quality Management Systems.

  • Develop and lead the QA/QC team.
  • Develop, enforce and maintain project Quality Management Systems, including site quality inspections plan in accordance with ISO 9001.
  • Monitor project quality related activities and documentation and reporting.

This position requires strong knowledge of quality management systems, installation project quality management, analytical thought processes and meticulous attention to detail.

You will also be required to provide strong communication, report writing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

What's Needed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification (Engineering).
  • 5+ years experience in QA/QC position working within energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
  • Lean/Six Sigma qualification (desirable).
